Conference Registration Rates and Fees

Attendees must register under one of the registration categories listed right.

Registration fee includes attendance at the scientific sessions (including workshops/tutorials), congress materials, social events, the welcome reception, the gala dinner, and coffee breaks.

Each accepted paper, whether in the Main Conference or Workshops, must be covered by at least one full registration (regular or member, no student). For authors with more than one accepted paper, the papers exceeding the first can be covered by the "additional paper" fee at 150.00€ each.

Fees are quoted in euros (EUR), per person, including 22% Italian VAT. Should VAT increase, registration fees will be adjusted accordingly. The conference is liable for Italian VAT, as it is classified under VAT legislation as “services,” and therefore VAT is charged by the services provider (the conference organizers).Other Italian institutions and companies subject to VAT-exemption policies will not be charged VAT provided they can prove their specific VAT-exempt status.

A Workshop-only registration grants full access to all Workshops and social events on the Workshop day, but does not cover the publication of papers.

Registration packets (including printed receipts) for all advance registrations will be available at the conference registration desk.

Please note:
● SPS/CS IEEE members: uploading a current Proof of membership is mandatory.
● Student/PhD Student: To register as a student, a Proof of status is mandatory. To benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or a copy of your status ID) must be uploaded during the Online registration. Please note that the Student registration does not cover the publication of papers.
