NOTES
Rates are in Euro, per person, including taxes (VAT 22%); Onsite registration will be possible with an additional fee of 50€; Be aware that late/onsite registration will be only possible by payments in cash or credit card (Visa MasterCard/Eurocard – NO AMEX), no checks The number of available seats is limited, so we strongly encourage authors to register in advance.
Conference papers
Each accepted paper must be covered by ONE registration at a REGULAR rate (whether the attending author is a student or not) no later than 01 June 2026. When registering, authors MUST specify the paper ID (provided by CMT) they are covering and the eventual membership number (IEEE). If an author has more than one accepted paper, each ADDITIONAL PAPER can be covered by registration at an ‘additional paper’ rate. Papers with no associated author registration will not be included in the AVSS2026 program and IEEEXplore Conference proceedings.
Workshop papers
Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one registered author. Registration can be for the FULL event (4 days) at a REGULAR rate (whether the attending author is a student or not) or just for Workshop/Tutorial (1 day) depending on the willingness of the registrant to attend also the main conference or not. When registering, the authors of Workshop papers MUST specify the “Name_of_the_Workshop” and the paper ID (provided by the workshop organizers at the submission time) they are covering. Papers with no associated author registration will not be included in the workshop program and the AVSS2026 program and IEEEXplore Conference proceedings.
